Has anybody been to Sharks' Tooth Island?

There's an island east of Westmoreland called Shark's Tooth Island, I was wondering if anybody has hunted for fossils there. Apparently you need a permit b/c it's privately owned. 

It sounds like a Hardy Boys mystery in the making.

I've heard of it but never tried to get permission. I've heard it isn't spectacular though.
