Who: Laurel Hammig, George Washington Regional Commission

Why: Learn about litter control and recycling efforts that are making
a difference in our region! Laurel Hammig, Regional Litter Control
Program Coordinator, will talk about the GWRC's First Impression
program, Assign-a-Highway program, and effectiveness of regional
recycling efforts.
