Does this help?

• Circuitry Fuse (PA Unit): A separate 5 A fuse is located inside the PA (Power Amplifier) unit. This fuse specifically protects the internal circuitry, including the finals, from damage due to excessive current.
📍 Location & Replacement: To access the circuitry fuse:
1. Remove the top cover of the transceiver.
2. Unscrew and lift the shielding plate over the PA unit.
3. Locate and replace the 5 A fuse as needed.
Always disconnect the DC power cable before attempting any fuse replacement to avoid electrical hazards.

Take care,

Rolan,

During the later part of the picnic table debug effort the guys did a default to factory reset on the radio.  That did get a red icon to light when pressing TX but still no apparent RF out on the power meter.  With the poor contrast on the display it’s a little hard to see what the radio might be indicating.

Subject: reset radio ?

Bob and all,

You have probably tried this but maybe a CPU reset will give a clue. It will wipe out all your memories I believe.

Take care,
