Happy September, Mothers! While the equinox is technically a few weeks away, it's beginning to feel like Fall to me! Cooler weather, leaves are turning, football season is starting, and pumpkin is on the menu. And that means it's time for one of the Fredericksburg Mothers' greatest and longest-running traditions - the annual Over/Under game!

I put a poll on Facebook, so please chime in there if you have a preference of dates.  I would link to that post if I knew how, but this should get you close (https://www.facebook.com/groups/191060170917649).   For those not on Facebook, hit me up here, by text, by postcard, whatever works.  I'll likely pick something by the end of the week.  The options:

  •     14 Sep
  •     19 Oct
  •     9 Nov

That's right Mothers...the time is almost here!  Don't forget about our Over/Under game on Sunday2:30 PMOWG.

Current weather forecast looks warm (high seventies!) and maybe rainy.  For now, I'm going to think optimistically that the chance of rain is wrong.

And don't forget to bring something for potluck.  Any extra solar generators or car power inverters or other clever ways to keep warm food warm and cold food cold would be great.  And folding tables, tents, etc.

See you out there!
Mike
