It's official, we are in!! You may now complete your registration in the updated, simplified format. Some of you may have already received an invite from the Washngton Area Frisbee Club to complete your registration.

If you did not receive an invitation, please contact Mike Irwin (irw...@gmail.com) so he can add you to our roster. Each team member is responsible to register themselves. The earlier you register, the more you save $$$.

Let us know if you are able to assist setting up fields Thursday and if you are able to play Friday. We will be sending periodic updates and welcome any creative assistance you amazing people can provide. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Foolish Foolers,

Apologies if you are receiving multiple versions of this email.... having some IT issues here.

We have a month till the big tourney so we have some updates, info and such.

Firstly, please get registered ASAP!!!! You are responsible for your own registration. There are a couple reasons we want you to register immediately. Registration is a tiered system. The earlier you register, the more you save. Early registration is still open. Additionally, when y'all register, a team email is created. Communication among the various team members is a challenge. Some folks are on the Mothers email, some Facebook and some are outside of those formats. Please, please get registered so we are able to communicate more concisely.

Once again, our theme is "The Mothers of Ultimate Present: Dr. Fulsomes Spirtol". Dr. Fulsome will be charming the crowds with his snake oil that will invigorate, energize and create much hoopla. We will provide "snake oil" in adult and under 21 formats. Once consumed, one can't help but feel a boost of spiritual energy. This is where the hula hoops come in (we have several games using hula hoops).

We have a few costume ideas as well, Dr. Foolsumes and patients. Here is some Fulsome inspiration. For those looking for a more affordable costume, a patient may be a better option. Think, 19th century sanatorium spa. An even more affordable option is a plain white bath robe. We will also be providing really cheap patient gowns.

We also brainstormed a couple other ideas which will be revealed if completed....

How can you help you ask? What can you do? Here is a short list...

* Get registered ASAP

* Go thrifting and buy some extra bath robes. If you do, please inform the committee. This will keep us from over buying.

* Beverage committee. Volunteers to buy the drinks would be helpful. Keep in mind, our team covers many ages. So we need fun beverages for all ages. Coolers and ice too.

* Prize committee. We have some prizes in mind. Please contact the committee if you want to assist with these purchases.

* Hoops Hoops Hoops. I will be getting some hula hoops but if you are out and about and find some really cheap, pick em up. I don't think we cannot have too many hoops.

* 5 gallon buckets. This isn't confirmed but we may need 3 to 4 five gallon buckets. Two of which will need drainage holes.

* Signage. Emily is already looking into this but if you are crafty and want to help create a canvas banner, please contact us.

* Wagons and carts to carry all of our stuff.

* Play on Friday. This is the most challenging day to get our numbers on the field. Please let us know if you are able to play on Friday the 5th. Right now we only have 4 confirmed players for that day.

* Volunteer to help set up fields on Thursday the 4th. This may be what gets us in the tournament every year.. keep the tradition alive.

* Recruit more women players. Know a woman that plays ultimate? Convince her to play with the Mothers!

* Spirit.. Bring it!!!

** Any dollars spent on entire team funds should be tracked. We will ask for voluntary contributions to team funds once we have a total.
