Time to start getting excited!  

More details to come, but before I set a date for this beautiful tradition, I'm requesting feedback if any if these dates are a problem for you.

Targeting a Sunday afternoon sometime in the next 2 months or so.  Dates under consideration:

9/29
10/20
10/27
11/3
11/10

Well, I'm too excited to wait!  So hearing no objections to the first date on this list...let's do that!

Good question.  Maybe a light rain or shine?  If it looks to be heavy rain, I'll plan to reschedule.  I'll check the forecast again by Friday or so and make a call.

The forecast has improved and it looks like Sunday will be mostly dry until the evening.  I'll continue to monitor the weather, but for now...GAME ON!

If the forecast changes for the worse, the anticipated rain date will be a one week delay (next Sunday).

That's right, Mothers...it's here!  Today's the big day!  And it looks like the weather is going to cooperate beautifully!

3PM.  OWG.

I have a couple logistical requests for the potluck, if any of you might be so kind as to provide.

1) extra tables (I'll bring 1, but it's not very big)

2) portable generators, power inverters, thermal bags, or other methods of keeping hot food hot.
