Mothers update

Greetings, Mothers!  This is your new Mother Superior here!  Yup, the rumors are true, and you all get to enjoy the pleasure of my tyrannical reign now!

I imagine most of you know this, but just in case there are still a few uninformed souls out there...VA States is this weekend.  Be sure to stop by Pratt Park as much as possible over the next three days, enjoy the world class competition, and cheer on some of your favorite Mothers!  Or just enjoy some great food and company at Lazlo's Weinie World.  But wait...there's more!

What some of you may not realize is that pickup is happening nowadays at 5:30(ish) on Friday evenings, at none other than Pratt Park.  So just as we were blessed with a solar eclipse last week, we are once again blessed with the aligning of two colossal things.  Or something like that.  Whatever, just bring your cleats.

And in case you're wondering, yes I miss OWG and Sunday pickups too.  But there just hasn't been enough interest to make that consistently work.  If we can get enough interest, I'm hopeful that maybe we can get a couple special events there occassionally at least.  Stay tuned.
