Volunteers needed for Ride Virginia 2009 cPoker Run, April 18

Greetings Volunteers,

Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity is well into preparations for the upcoming Ride VA 2009 Poker Run and we need your help staffing a number of positions at the Start/Stop and the King George build site.

 

The annual Ride VA Poker Run is a substantial and critical fundraiser for the affiliate!!! and we need your help to make this event even better than last year's poker run.

 

For those unfamiliar with Poker Runs, they are organized events where motorcyclists and their passengers travel over a designated route and at designated stops on the route draw playing cards. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run.

 

This year the Start/Stop is at

 

There are three shifts available at the Start/Stop (Morton's BMW Motorcycles, 5099 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA). More details on the hours at the King George build site will be forthcoming.

 

Shift 1:   7:30am to 11:00am

Shift 2:   10:30am to 2:00pm

Shift 3:   1:30pm to 4:30pm
