Connection Problems?

Is there a connection problem? I went down from 4 bars of internet
connection to 2! I am located on Canterbury Dr by Liverpool Street
Elementary School. The pages are loading extremely slow, and keep
losing connection after 30 minutes of being connected. Is this going
to be fixed soon?
