Anyone else getting bad connections (lack of internet for long
periods) in the Gibson st/yard sale store area ?

We have found the problem cropping up all the time over the past few
weeks, after months of solid trouble free service.......whats gone
wrong ?

Neil.

hey how are you today. I am just heading out this morning to reset the
equipment at gibson/union. the reason the last few weeks have been
troublesome i would assume is the foliage. when the trees start to
leaf, our Fred-eZone coverage is greatly impacted. In the winter
months, because there is significantly less leafs, our coverage area
is much better. Within the next half hour the equipment will have been
reset. please try connecting then and reply back with your outcome.
thanks

Patrick

Hi Patrick,

Yes you are right about the signal strengh being affected by the leaves.......but most of the time we do have a decent signal here even during heavy rain........what is missing is connectivity, even when connected to a good signal there is no IP......then suddenly its back.........the time now is 11.05 and i have a decent connection.....it was blazingly fast at 6.30am this morning   but by 8.30 it was sputtering again.........

We use a dlink wifi range extender here to spread the signal to the back of the house.....too weak here without that...

Thanks again  and good luck re starting the AP's...

Neil.
