[Easy] Two floor building..

Assume you are on a top of the two floor building. How can you get
done from the builing using a rope just sufficient for one and half
floor. If you wish you can have a halt at first floor.

To be more specific. Assume builing height is 200 meters (height of
each floor is 100 meters), You need to get down from the building
using rope of size 150 meters. You can have a halt at 100 meters.

Conditions to remember :
* If you try to jump from 50 meters you will die.
* No steps or lifts to that building.
* You dont have parachute or similar.
* You cann't tear/split the rope into two such that each of height
200. Instead if you wish you can cut into any number of pieces but
total length of pieces cann't exceed 150.

You could be in this situation in realtime... better you solve it now..

let me re-frame my question here to decrease the difficulty.

Assume 3 floor building each of height 100m (total height of 300m) and you have a rope of 200m to get down. Applies the same conditions specified above.
