Hello Heather,

I wanted to reach out and offer a great training resource for your students. Especially if they're aspiring to enter the park ranger field. 

This coming May will be the 15th annual Ranger Excellence School (RES) that we have hosted for regional, statewide, and country-wide park rangers.

The conference is held in Estes Park the week prior to Memorial Day weekend, May 18-22. 

Although most attendees are our first and second year seasonal rangers, and rangers from across the country, we have had great success having folks who aren't currently employed by agencies attend RES.

I've attached a direct link to the RES website if you wanted to check it out and pass along to your students. It's a terrific training opportunity.
