The Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland is hiring seasonal employees and interns for the upcoming summer season and is encouraging local residents to apply.
Applicants for seasonal jobs should choose Colorado duty stations of Ault, Boulder, Idaho Springs, Granby or Fort Collins (see descriptions below). Forestry aids and technicians perform most of their duties outdoors, which could include trail repair, campground maintenance, visitor information and Wilderness protection.
These positions are open until March 3.
If you are over 18 but haven't completed a college degree, applicants should choose location negotiable after selection for these positions below and after selection indicate interest in our duty stations listed above.
If you are still in college, the Student Conservation Association might be a good choice for you. They are hiring interns in a variety of positions that will work on the Forest this season! Some positions include wildlife, timber, recreation, visitor information and more!
