Hello Storm Robotics Boosters,
Following up on our email yesterday, the purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding the structure of the board going forward, and ask you to please nominate yourself for a position on the Board.
Going forward, the Board shall consist of the following positions (subject to vote by the general membership on Thursday):
President Cherokee
President Lenape
Cherokee Volunteer Coordinator
Lenape Volunteer Coordinator
Treasurer- (any school)Assistant Treasurer- (from opposite school as Treasurer)
Recording Secretary (any school)
Corresponding Secretary (any school - preferably opposite from Recording Secretary)
We hope the above roles are essentially self explanatory, but we will be presenting brief descriptions on Saturday.
In addition to the Board, we also need the following Coordinators.
Car Wash Coordinator
Roadside Cleanup Coordinator
WaWa Coupons Chairperson
Restaurant Night Coordinator
FRC Build Season Lunch Coordinator
End of Year Picnic Coordinator
FRC Kick‐ Off Chair
Sponsorship Committee Members Boosters Website Developer
Please reply to this email to nominate yourself for any position on the Board and to express your interest in any of the Coordinator Positions above.
