Good Morning Everyone,

I hope that you received my e-mail about the fundraiser. I wanted to ask if anyone has any video or pictures of the building process, scrimmage, event, etc. if they could get those materials to me before Friday. I will be generating a video of our season to display as a showcasing/recruiting tool for our club. Please let me know if you have any material and how I can access it… e-mail, flash, posting, etc. Thank you.

Here is the news article we generated regarding our team at Regional. Also, includes videos in addition look at our website for current more videos and pictures under media…

We have many more I can load on a flash drive, if needed.

FYI: In the process of migrating the website to a more robust server to allow for more functionality.

Good morning Brian,

Thaks for taking the lead on fund raising! I've been working the Johhny Reb fundraiser though the Valley network. There are a couple of hoops to jump, but the school has approved participation in the event and I'm now working on getting publicity for the event out to the Valley crowd.

A couple of questions arose from this end regarding the fund raiser:

1) Will the robot be at Johhny Rebs?

2) Can we post the VCS Robotics banner?

Paul,

Yes to both questions. I will be bringing the robot to the event around 5 pm that day to be set up outside with a table displaying multiple banners. I also wanted to put an open invitation to any students/mentors would like to be present outside to show off the BOM Bot; I will be there from 5 pm to 9 pm to monitor the robot outside.

In anticipation of the question as to where the fund raising monies go, I'm assuming that all funds raised will be handled by SJB (as focal) in support of FRC team 4123. Do I understand correctly?

Paul,

Yes. The school accountant has an account for the club that he keeps official track of funds in and out. I keep an Excel sheet as well to much what comes in and out for accuracy.
