Hi Everyone!

Here are the meeting dates through next Thursday. We are not going to meet during the week in order to promote our fundraising efforts at Johnny Reb's on Thursday, May 2nd. I have fliers if you need them; it is also attached. As of right now, we have two options for the Robotics Banquet which are either the 9th or the 16th of May after one of our remaining Thursday Meetings (Banquet will be at 6pm). To cover costs, the banquet will be $10 per person. So please email me with what date looks better and the amount of people in your party. Please try to contact me with that information by Saturday, May 4th, so that arrangements can be made; you can also tell me which day will work best and numbers at Saturday's Meeting.

Thursday (5/2) - No Meeting

* Encourage Folks to Attend the Fundraiser at Johnny Reb's

Saturday (5/4) - 9am to 12pm

Thursday (5/9) - 3:30pm to 5:30pm

* Possible Robotics Banquet at 6pm in the MPR after May 9th Meeting
