Johnny Rebs Fundraiser

Hi Everyone!

 

  I just arranged a fundraising night with Johnny Rebs in Bellflower for next Friday, 4/27.  I will be making copies of the flier and to distribute to students at the school as well as extra-copies for anyone that would like to pick up a stack or two.  All the fundraiser entails is going to Johnny Rebs for a meal (Dine-In or Take Out) and presenting the flier with your check and we will receive 20% of the bill.  Any patrons with this flier between 12 pm and 9pm will benefit our club.  I have a baseball game that day so I will be getting to the restaurant around 5 pm and plan to stay until 9 pm.  I was going to set up a table outside of the restaurant to demo the robot for any of the patrons that night to see.  Please let me know what you think and if you have any questions.  Feel free to forward the flier.

Thanks for setting this up! You have probably already thought of this, but maybe have a stack of fliers at your demo table for those who may forget theirs. I made copies and have them at all 3 of our VC campus offices, but people are forgetful. See you next Friday!

  I also planned to have a stack just in case some patrons showing up to the restaurant take interest in our robot.  I’m checking to see that the restaurant has a pullout table that we can set up at.
