Remaining Meeting Schedule

Hi Everyone!

Here is an update on the schedule for the remainder of the school year. I did not receive any feedback regarding the proposed banquet dates (May 9th or May 16th). We decided to schedule banquet then after our remaining Thursday Meeting on May 23rd (Banquet will be at 6pm). This will give everyone a chance to contact me regarding numbers. Again, to cover costs the banquet will be $10 per person. So please email me by May 18th with the amount of people in your party. You can also tell me numbers during one of our remaining meetings.

Thursday (5/9) - 3:30pm - 5:30pm
*Saturday (5/11) - 9am - 12pm*

*5/11 is Tentative at the moment (Confirmation of this meeting will be give on Thursday, 5/9)*

Thursday (5/16) - 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Saturday (5/18) - 9am - 12pm

Thursday (5/23) - 3:30pm - 5:30pm *6:00pm - 7:30pm Banquet*
Saturday (5/25) - VCHS GMC Fundraiser

Also, don't forget that there are CAD meetings at VCHS in room B-17 Every other Tuesday starting today.

Start time: 3:30 - 5:30pm @ Room B17
