I propose we amend Regular Ordinance 9 (currently reading "Style
Points. For each fantasy rule posted, the Judge shall award X points,
where -3<=X<=3. The Judge may use any criteria e sees fit for such
awards. At the end of a Round the Player who was awarded the most
Style Points, other than the new Judge, will be the Wizard in the next
Round.") by appending the following sentence:
The Wizard in the current round, if e is not also the Judge, may award
an additional Y points to any fantasy rule that isn't eir own, where
-1<=Y<=1.

is that there in case the judge abdicates to the wizard?
I just figured if the judge was the wizard it would have the effect of
increasing X to +/-4, but on reflection since it's all relative within
a round it doesn't matter one way or the other.
