262:3 VALID

---Completed version of 262:2---
Hello. My name is Jack. I am known now as the giant-slayer, and tour
the kingdom giving motivational speeches at elementary schools, but
that was not always so. I am
contractually obligated, at this point, to state that veering from the
first person narrative voice is highly discouragaed to the point that
even pretending to attempt to take on another point of view may lead
to an invalid rule. For that matter any incidences of metaphor should
be noted, such as the word "veering" that I just said, as part of the
new royal plain speech initiative regulations concerning motivational
speakers.

Once upon a time, I was walking through the woods, keeping a running
list of all things I saw (note that running is indeed a metaphor)
(also note that I'll be mentioning at least one thing I saw on this
walk through the rest of my correspondences (correspondence in this
case is a metaphor for valid rule)) when my dear mother announced that
we were out of our minds and she didn't know what to do. It had been
a hard three years, since my father was lost in the war against the
Agorans. Oh. "hard" time is another metaphor, while "lost in the war"
is an idiom, I think.
