The driver thrummed his hands on the wheel of the van impatiently. Life was full of enemies. Besides the obvious ones trying to steal from you and double-cross you. Like being busy. He'd had a gig the night before. Had some fun. Figured he could work everything out tonight.

He didn't realize the games today would run late, and even then, just didn't figure that he'd have to wait 3 HOURS for the rest of the crew to arrange the pickup. If he'd known, he wouldn't have left the van idling.

That was another error in judgement: he should have fueled up BEFORE the event. But he just didn't have time. On top of all of it, here he was, betrayed by the oldest, yet most unexpected enemy of any city dweller: rush hour traffic.

"Here's hopin' the gang doesn't need their getaway van any time soon!"
