The following is information regarding our house in Cranbourne, for which we are seeking 2-3 Christian girls to share with me, starting from mid-to-late January 2021.

Our house is in Cranbourne East, approximately a 7-minute drive from the train station, with a bus stop a 1-minute walk away, and all other amenities (shopping mall, petrol pump, grocery stores etc.) close by.

The house is a fully furnished 4 bedroom, with 3 communal living spaces, a moderately sized backyard, highspeed internet and driveway + street parking, no pets. The 3 bedrooms for which we are seeking occupants, there is 1 shared toilet and bathroom. Rent details provided below include ALL bills (water, internet, electricity and gas).

 

Rent Details as follows:

$200 per/week in rent 

We are looking for people who can commit to a 6-month minimum contract. 

 

A bit about me (Liza):

I am 20yrs old and a 3^rd year Arts/Science student at Monash Clayton. I am an avid fan of binging tv shows, reading and writing. I’m always keen to go out, make friends and get to know new people, but I love chill nights in just as much.
