FCBA - Monthly Meeting - August 25th

Hello Beekeepers!

We have resumed our normal meeting schedule and at our normal meeting place and time. 

• Because the pandemic has not ended and we will be meeting inside, masks will be required for everyone.  

• We will not be serving refreshments, but you are welcome to bring a beverage and snack for yourself.

Bee Topic This Month:  

Pollination Gardening - Now Is A Great Time To Start One

We will review some native and non-native plants you might consider transplanting or purchasing this Fall so your bees will have more variety when it comes to collecting pollen and nectar next year.

N.C. Cooperative Extension (our meeting room is sort of on the back corner of the building; feel free to drive around back)

Meeting Dates:

Last Wednesday of each month (except November & December)

Meeting Time:

We gather and talk bees beginning at 7 pm.  This is a time for general questions and answers about something you might be experiencing in your bee yard or discussion about what is going on in the bee yard currently.  The business meeting will begin at 7:30 pm so if you can make 7 pm come on out and join us at 7:30......you will be right on time!
