Dear Class,
Here is the e-mail I received from Phemie Tan about the gift bag for the Hamptons. Please read also Julie Riedel’s e-mail that refers to David’s Blog. They have placed a bag at Cindy Blom’s office where you can deposit cards or small gifts until this Sunday, December 23.

Hello All! Please read this email below. I think it's a beautiful thing if we could shower the Hamptons with card of encouragement this Christmas. Feel free to share with others.
We're thankful to call you brothers and sisters in Christ!
Blessings,
Phemie

Hi friends –
In case you haven’t read David’s latest blog, I thought you may want to as he speaks about the mom that Lauren has been missing:
I recently heard David mention how hard Christmas can be. He puts together a beautiful Christmas Eve service for CCC then goes home to sit with Tricia in the bedroom where there is little celebration. After talking to a couple of friends, we thought it might be fun to put together a bag full of notes, cards, and gifts that could be given to David after the service on 12/24 to take home and open with Tricia. It certainly would not have to be anything big, but rather small tokens of appreciation for the 2 of them to enjoy opening together. Cindy Blum offered to have a box in her office to collect anything that anyone would like to add. You are welcome to participate in any way you would like. Please pass the message along to anyone you think would like to join in.
Julie (Julie Riedel" <theri...@bellsouth.net>)
Regarding the e-mail I sent please NOTE: her name is TRICIA - not Trish.
