Prayer Request

Hello Class,

I shared in class Sunday that I had an accident with a saw last week and lacerated my thumb pretty bad. Today I saw the orthopedic surgeon and he recommended surgery to repair an injured ligament. The surgery is scheduled for this Thursday. Afterwards I'll be in some sort of cast to limit movement for about 6 weeks.

I'm sad that I have to cancel my trip to Appalachia this Friday. My prayer request is for a successful surgical repair and for a successful Appalachian Christmas celebration for these hurting people.
