Sarah gave birth to Isaac this afternoon after a long and difficult labor. She is totally exhausted and he has some kind of problem with his lungs. We will know more about the nature of the problem in the morning but I don’t think it is anything which can’t be healed. Please pray for Sarah and Mike to have peace and for Isaac’s lung problems to heal miraculously. She was feeling a little better when I left because a lactation nurse was coming to help her get started pumping and that seemed to cheer her up.
If you could forward this to anyone in our SS classes or Sunday night prayer group, I would appreciate it. I know God is in control and I feel like God showed me that the baby is going to be fine. But I do want God to surround Mike and Sarah with His peace, mercy, and compassion.
