Thank you for prayer for my insurance coverage.  I sent the appeal fax this morning after speaking to Benefits person.  It will take 5-7 days for a decision.  Please pray that the appeal is granted . . . my rheumatoid arthritis is severe without my montly injection and my quality of life would be impacted if this coverage was terminated.  I had been unable to get individual coverage due to my arthritis which I explained in the appeal, the coverage is critical.
