Qualifications required:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Management, Business Data Processing
or equivalent
· Eight years' experience in information systems management
· Experience as a strategic planning representative or analyst
· Ability to lead work sessions, influence a group and communicate with all
levels within the Company
· Experience in an advisory role in a professional environment
· Ability to analyze and summarize various types of data
· Creativity and organizational skills
· Team player
· Customer- and results-oriented
· Bilingual

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall purpose of position:
To ensure coordination and ongoing up-dates of strategic plans within IT
groups; to ensure the validation of service agreements and performance
indicators within IT; to advise IT groups on strategic planning and
performance measurement.
Main responsibilities:
· Contribute to various projects related to IT management (master planning,
strategic planning, performance indicators, etc.) by implementing
procedures, leading work sessions and drafting reports and action plans.
· Supervise production and analyze IT performance indicators.
· Advise IT management on drafting and following up on service agreements
with their clients.
· Establish a verification and follow-up system for service agreements.
· Work with the IT--Efficiency and IT--Leadership teams to continuously
improve the activities of IT groups.
