Our last members' friendly meeting took place on November 7th at California Tapas and Wine bar. This meeting was not only "friendly to colleagues and friens", but also "friendly to wine" - the theme of the party was the wine degustation. 9 different wines from three different French regions have been presented by Mr. Juozas Kabašinskas, owner of the cognac and wine boutique "Konjako namai".

This year the owner of the restaurant, Thomas Teiten, has decided to bring his Beaujolais Nouveau himself: this Beaujolais is very different from those marketed by grand distributors. The wine is here thanks to Thomas' very recent acquaintance with Laurent Savoye, owner of the small wineyard of Beaujolais and to Bretalita for bringing it safely to Lithuania!
Thomas' idea is to use this opportunity to simply meet each for a lunch with a glass of wine among friends.
He invites you this Thursday, November 15th for a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau and for a French menu, finished by a cup of coffee (wine and coffee offered by Thomas).
