I just noticed that some days ago a tutorial on common API C++ is published, it tells how to use Franca and common API C++. Many thanks to Manfred and Juergen.

Hi all,

yes, the tutorial will help a lot to get started with Common API. Thanks for pointing this out, Saeed. I will try it soon together with Franca 0.8.10 (should work as with 0.8.9, because there were no API changes).

... and that is still accurate but it's possible that the copy kept
on the project's GitHub Wiki pages is even more up to date.

Basically, the official starting point today is to go to the README of one
of the core projects (runtime or tools) and navigate to the
provided GitHub Wiki pages from there.
