Managed interfaces

Hi all,

with issue 40 there is a proposal about introducing a managed-relation between Franca interfaces.

Issue 40:

Create logical linkage between interfaces via a "managed" keyword

This allows to express a controller-relationship between a "master" interface and a set of child interfaces. A pattern like "dynamic channel creation" could be implemented elegantly using this.

I opened an RFC window with a deadline of CW23. Pls provide your comments, ideas, feedback directly as comment to the issue.

Hi all,

the RFC is closed (no vetos). The feature has been implemented as proposed in the ticket. It will be part of Franca release 0.8.8.
