We presently get the bulk of our test implementations from interested members of the developer community. If Proxygen is interesting to anyone reading this who has some time to put into making a test implementation, then it's very likely it would be included in Round 11.
Incidentally, we presently have 31 such issues, which can be considered a call for contributions of sorts.
That said, these are just issues for frameworks we're aware of and are missing. We routinely receive pull requests to add a new test implementation for a framework we were previously unaware, which is obviously fantastic.
