Commit count and "Official" flag

Hi all,

We have renewed our interest in adding indications of the community's participation alongside each framework that we test in the benchmark.  I ask that you review the following Github issue and provide your opinion on the matter, especially if you are the author or a maintainer of one of the frameworks.  I have proposed adding an optional flag that the official community for each community could ask to include alongside their framework's name to indicate an official test that demonstrates best practices/idiomatic style.
