What are you using Handbrake for in your render chain?

If I want to render say the "regions" in sony vegas, each to a different video file, I have to start every job manually.   Is there any solution or workaround I can use to automate the serving/rendering to batch render more regions? First of all: Thank you for your answer!

Okay, I'm using Handbrake for final rendering of the video. Maybe I'll try to explain my complete chain:

I have several video files which I load into Vegas 15.0, there I cut this into parts and apply region markers. One region is supposed to be one video file in the end.

Then I use a script to send a loop region (for some reason it doesn't work with the "normal" regions) via DebugMode Frameserver to handbrake where I encode the video using my settings.

I honestly have no Idea how I could set this up for batch rendering since the frameserver has to be started and closed for every region that's going to be a final video file.

I hope that was understandable, I can't send you screenshots from my vegas project right now because it's rendering :D
