OK .. so I signed up and paid the $29.95 and all I get for my money is a bunch of error messages and promises that the video is starting or a host of other crap.

So, since NBC can’t do it right, I want my money back!! Question is how the heck to do that.. Guess I’ll call the credit card folks and stop it there. What a freaking pain in the ass.

There is a period of when the live coverage ends and the on-demand begins.  It will be a period of no coverage in the middle of the day.  If you miss the live it is not up til the end of the day for the on-demand.  Also do not ignore the message about the download that your computer might require.  It WILL NOT WORK without the updated program.  It works and as Eric said except for the file not being up yet it is usually on your end.

FWIW I have been able to watch entire stages live using the links to
the Eurosport coverage on www.steephill.tv. Not amazing quality but
not bad and free.

Yeah,
FWIW, if I am to pay for 3wks of coverage I want it to be instantaneous and
with out multiple hoops to jump through to see it and I don't want to see
repeated 15-30 sec commercials every time Liggett takes a breath.
I'm really disappointed in the NBC-versus marriage. Versus was a rip
before, forcing me to up my "tier" level with my satellite provider, now for
30 bucks to watch it in the shop and then have it work sporadically or not
at all in my case is just bad business,
Maybe you younger guys think that's ok, well not me. They are refunding my
money. Further more, can you imagine if the major networks started charging
to watch the superbowl or the NBA finals.. These networks are simply
milking us after getting there advertisers to pony up.. Am I wrong?
