This is a top quality machine and is like new condition. It was only used to cut and thread a few hundred spokes. It is much nicer than a Philwood spoke machine in my opinion. It is very similar to  the tool by Morizumi. The Kowa unit is more refined and easy to use. It easily adjusts between 14 and 15 ga spokes.Feel free to ask questions, no builder will be disappointed with this fine machine. Where are you located? I see the Kowa machines are shipping via AliExpress for $2100 from mainland China. Where did you get yours?
