I'm sending this note out in an attempt to reach any BikeCAD Pro
customers who have not already heard that a new version of BikeCAD Pro
is now ready for download.
Some of the new features are described at:
http://bikecad.ca/version_9
For info on updating from an older version of BikeCAD see:
http://bikecad.ca/updating_bikecad_pro
If you do not have an account on BikeCAD.ca please register for one at:
https://www.bikecad.ca/user/register Once you've got an account, let
me know and I'll manually change your status to BikeCAD Pro owner so
you'll be able to download the program as described at:
http://www.bikecad.ca/downloading_bikecadpro
Mac users running the Mountain Lion OS should take note of the info
at:
http://www.bikecad.ca/damaged_file
While the new features of BikeCAD Pro are described in the link above,
there are also some new features on the BikeCAD.ca website. First, I'd
like to invite you all to promote your business by configuring your
account profile as described at:
http://www.bikecad.ca/setting_up_user_profile . Secondly, there's a
new "Show and Tell" section in the BikeCAD Forum.
http://www.bikecad.ca/forum I would love to see some photos posted
there of bikes that might have been designed using BikeCAD. Besides
the Show and Tell forum, there is also a new section of the forum for
BikeCAD reviews. It would be great to see some feedback there so that
I'll know where to focus future developments. Disc brakes and tandems
are currently top priorities.
If you have a relatively new account on BikeCAD.ca I apologize if it
seems you need to re-login a few times as you navigate the site. If
you seem to be denied access to anything, look for the login fields on
the left side of the screen and re-enter your username and password.
This seems to be less of an issue as you spend more time on the site.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Brent Curry
