I've been asked to miter some titanium frame tubes. I've never worked with Ti, so I'm looking for advice from those who have. I've read up on speeds and feeds, but looking for real-world experience with thin bike tubing. Specifically, what cutting tools, how fast and how hard to push. Will normal Starrett or Rockhard holesaws work, or do I need carbide?
All advice welcome! Thanks in advance.
