I have for many years used the Uniweld no.71 torch and use type 17 tips. For sure a better price point , getting a 0 , 1 and 2 tips is about as much as a torch .   The 71  is a J28 clone .  I believe the patent ran out of the J28 so there are many clone models from brands now.  You can find it in many places on the web.  The torch tips regardless of brand can add up a bit quick as well. 

On the original posters needing tips and back arrestors  , check out these guys https://torchtips.com/shop  I bought from them many years ago. 

The kevlar hoses are a lot harder to find now days and your going to need thread adapters likely as they are usually meant for light weight torches  , not the heavy duty size 200 torch models
