PF30 reamer in Netherlands/Belgium?France?

Hey everybody!

I've been having a great time in Europe, and Lester from:

has been nice enough to let me do some building in his shop. I just finished up a frame for Unbound this year, but...

I brought a lot of stuff with me to Belgium, but no PF30 reamer. I haven't been able to find anybody in AMS with that tool. 

Does anybody have a lead on a shop able to ream a shell? 

The seat tube and downtube are ovalized Max tubes, so I'm not confident about holding it securely enough to use a vertical mill boring head.
