Frame builder In Sweden

Does any one have knowledge of a reputable frame builder in Sweden, preferably near Uppsala?

As far as I know, the most experienced guy in Sweden is Patrik Tegnér - http://www.patriktegner.se/ . He lives in Gothenburg, about 500km from Uppsala. I guess there could be others I don't know of that are competent, that maybe did some bikes in the eighties/nineties, but I'm certain there isn't anyone that have done as many frames and repairs as him in recent years. Everyone else I know of has only made bikes for personal use, more or less.
