Seat Stay Blowout Continues

Hello again everyone—

Last week I listed some Reynolds 531 seat stays for sale.  Well, I sold 200 in very short order.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, I still have several hundred here and I need to move them.  I simply will not live long enough to use them all!

The original sale was for 25 pairs, 50 pieces, for $100 plus shipping.

So, let’s open this up.  Same price, $2 per tube, only now you get to pick how many pairs you want.  Let’s say a 5 pair minimum, ok? 

The specs on the tubes are:

Reynolds 531 single taper seat stays.

625 long.

16 mm OD to 11 mm domed and slotted.

These were made in the 1980’s and came from the California Masi factory after it closed.

These stays are great for frames that use cantilever brakes, racks, etc.  These are just a heavier duty version of the standard 14 mm stays.

It can never hurt to have a few pairs of these in stock.  You never know when they will be useful.  At this price, how can you go wrong?

Omar,

I have been slowly collecting the parts for 5 vintage framesets, and already have 1 full reynolds 531 tubing set.  Would you sell me 4 pairs of domed seatstays?  I cannot use the 5th one and it will mess me up to receive it - you know my OCD would make me try to put together a 6th set; you can charge me for 5 pairs but i only want to receive 4.
