That the speed of light is not constant is just as obvious as "two and two is not five". For instance, in Doppler https://youtube.com/watch?v=bg7O4rtlwEE, frequency and speed of light pulses vary proportionally for the observer, as per the formula

(frequency) = (speed of light pulses)/(distance between pulses)

Theoretical physicists do see that frequency and speed of light pulses vary proportionally for the moving observer, but believe that only the frequency varies - the speed of the pulses gloriously remains constant. Ignatius of Loyola explains:

Why is it so important for theoretical physicists to believe that white is black? Because otherwise they would have to live with an unbearable feeling of guilt:

The text in CAPITALS, combined with the formula

(frequency at receiver) = (speed of light relative to receiver)/(distance between subsequent pulses)

proves variable speed of light and disproves Einstein's relativity.
