OpenStep 4.2 sous VirtualBox 4.1.23

Bonjour,
Je tente d'installer OpenStep 4.2 sous VirtualBox 4.1.23, sur mon Mac
Mini sous Mac OS X 10.6.8.
Je suis le tuto de Laurent Julliard ici :

Et je bloque � l'�tape 7 de la Part 1 :
At this point you should see the boot screen with loads of messages.
Verify that both the Hard disk and the CDROM are detected ok. Then you
get the shell prompt (#). Make sure the Device Driver floppy a) is still
in the floppy drive and b) is writable. Then type:
mount -n /dev/fd0a /install
sh /install/rc.cdrom
Le probl�me est que VirtualBox monte visiblement la disquette en
read-only, du coup �a bloque. Et vu mon niveau en geekitude, je ne vois
pas comment m'en sortir.
Si quelqu'un a une id�e... Merci d'avance :)
