Dear Ada-Europe Member

This year our conference will be a virtual only event, taking place from
the 7^th to 10^th June. We would like to encourage all members to
register for the conference. All Ada-Europe members are entitled to free
registration.

The conference sessions will be run on a virtual conference platform. In
addition to interactive tutorials and presentations, we will also be
running virtual social events, and there will be opportunities to
interact with vendors in their virtual booths. Ada-Europe will also host
a virtual booth for the duration of the conference.

All sessions will begin at 12:30 CEST (UTC + 2 hours) and run until
approximately 18:30 CEST.

Each presentation at the conference will have an accompanying
pre-recorded video presentation. These can only be accessed by
registering and will be available for a period after the conference.

A reminder that the General Assembly is being held at 18:30 CEST (17:30
WEST) on Tuesday 15 June 2021, using the Zoom teleconferencing system.
