Fw: A Good news of the Ashram/Peace Service Center...

Dear friends

Namaste.

Today i would like to share a very good news with you all about further development of land project of our Ashram/Peace Service Center.

We got a very good offer to buy a piece of land in Banepa (near Dhulikhel) for the Ashram. Also, they have requested us to work in partnership with them as they have been running already 3 projects-- 

1) a Gurukul (ancient traditional education system of Nepal) with a very plenty of land. 

2) Gosai Kund (with herbal medicines and organic farming) with more than enough land. 

3) Neelkantha Community Center (with 2 stories building for elderly people purpose) with around 7 Ropanis of land.

This area is only 45 minutes drive from Koteswar, it means very close from our existing Ashram. This is in a nicest place with most exciting view of Himalaya... This area is highly potential for tourist purpose also. This place has enough open space with community forest and community lands. This place is quite close to the Kathmandu University. There is no any problem of road, water, electricity, security etc. The community people are also highly dedicated for establishing above mentioned 3 projects and now highly interested for our Ashram too.

So friends, we have decided to establish our Ashram in Banepa. So as per our plans our steps would be--

- buy 6 Aanas of smallest piece of land within 2 weeks which will cost only $12,000.

- then buy another 1 Ropani of land within 3 months which will cost around $ 32,000.

- complete the construction of Neelkantha Community Center's building (it means adding 3 more stories) for multipul purpose (children, women, Satsang hall, guest rooms and my own residence too) ; so it means it will need around $ 25,000. Start the construction as early as possible.

- start keeping some deprived elderly people/women (around 10 in the beginning) and orphans/earthquake victims (around 10 in the beginning) in this community center.

- start the Satsang program IMMEDIATELY TO CREATE AWARENESS at local level too.

Well friends, love to share 2 more points here--

- we will sell the land of Fulbari and Chhaimale when we buy a reasonable price...But as soon as is better. -- - and then this money also will be used to establish to set up this new project of Banepa.

So dear friends, pls pray... pls spread the words... and pls let us know how can you help us? i know its going on very fast but i think we must grab the opportunity... because we will never get such kind of nicest offer in near future. Actually this offer came to me as a God Gift!!! So feeling very grateful to Him/Her and following the invisible instruction... Actually i'm just walking, He is guiding me.
