Log Timing Info

I noticed that the timing information is displaying in a way I didn't expect. The image I've attached shows the timing information go from 

1615522352:996613

to

1615522353:6382

The second value appears to be missing significant leading zeros. I would probably expect to see

1615522353:006382

Am I interpreting this incorrectly? Any help is appreciated.

The field past the ":" is microseconds, so it isn't a true decimal number.
