Could you please reproduce that behavior before i start looking for a bug:

    $ fping6 -v
    Version 3.13
    comments to da...@schweikert.ch

    $ echo '::1' |sudo fping6 -i 0
    Usage: fping6 [options] [targets...]

Debian manpage says default -i is 25, fping -h says default is 0; I want to set any delays to zero, maybe you can advice another way.

Cheers.

I doug into the source code and tried to fix it.
#define MIN_TIMEOUT             00      /* in millisec */

But that did not work. The scantime for 10^6 hosts is still the same.
