Hi Everyone,

I am so excited to find this group. I am a hardware engineer with limited software knowledge. I have a board which use cypress CY7C68013A_128AXC as USB controller, use Xilinx FPGA  XC3S1500-FG456_8.

the MCU pin 74, 75, 76, 76 are connected to TMS, TDI, TDO and TCK. I am searching for a solution to download FPGA code through the USB controller on board. finally, I find it here. 

I already download everything to my local machine. and going to try it step by step.  Here is my problem, I know it is going to take me a pretty long time to go through the whole process,  the package and the comment looks too professional to a hardware engineer. 

is anyone who has done a similar job before could provide consult service?  I could pay a consulting fee as long as I can afford the rate.
