Atari/Commodore Joystick

I noticed that this conversation already posted a USB joystick interface.  That interface did not exist when I tried to click a weblink!  And I just looked at Juan's (John's?) Alhambra-II button circuit within the FPGAwars website for inspiration.  Atari/Commodore joystick compatibility is possible!  And, I tested a continuous run on the Alhambra-II's VCC, GND, and Signals.  Only Signals are independent and individual.
